Kid Packet
This is what goes in the kid's take home packet.  We use the colored folders that have the two pockets on the inside.  These are usually cheaper at the beginning of school when I have found them for around 10 cents each.  I get them in lots of different colors.

In addition to these items on this page, the recipes go into this packet.  You can find the recipes on the Recipe page.

Agenda

I used Microsoft Publisher to make my agenda.  Click on the picture on the left to open a PDF file to download.  It looks like a menu.  This is just a sample.  When you choose your recipes and create yours agenda, yours may look a little different.

Food Guide Pyramid
Click on the Food Guide Pyramid on the left to be directed to the United States Department of Agriculture for information about the Food Guide Pyramid.  I include a copy of the My Pyramid in the packet for quick reference.  These are available at our extension office from our agents.

Kid Friendly Websites

These are a list of websites that I found that have great recipes and games that are kid friendly.  Click on the computer on the left to open the PDF so you can download the document.

This is a beginner's list of what you should and should not do in the kitchen.  It also has an easy list of simple measurements.  Click on the chef hat on the left to open the PDF so you can download the document.
